Tell us what happened, which screen you were using and your iPhone model. Please do not email homeowner records, gate codes, payment details or unredacted photos.
Location is optional
SplashIQ requests location only after you tap the address helper. You can deny access and enter the service address manually at any time.
Using strip readings
Review the suggested values against your test kit before planning treatment. Follow product labels, confirm uncertain readings and retest after treatment.
App Store release
SplashIQ Pool Care is coming soon to the App Store. One or two pools are free without an account, a verified account unlocks a third, and four or more use an Apple subscription at $5.99/month or $59.99/year. There is no website checkout for the iOS subscription.
