What SplashIQ is, in plain language

What is SplashIQ?
SplashIQ is pool service software for pool cleaning, maintenance and repair companies in the United States. It combines a pool-specific CRM, recurring route scheduling, water-chemistry logging, equipment tracking, work orders, invoicing and a homeowner portal in one platform.
How much does it cost?
Starter is $99/mo for 1 seat, Team is $199/mo for 5 seats and Growth is $299/mo for 20 seats. Enterprise is custom with unlimited seats. There are no setup or per-pool fees. SplashIQ is in early access, so workspaces are currently provisioned with our team.
How is it different from generic field-service software?
The data model assumes pools: one customer can own several properties, each property can have a pool and a spa, and each body of water carries its own equipment list and chemistry history. Routes assume recurring weekly service instead of one-off jobs.
Do homeowners need an account?
No. Every property can be shared through a private, secure link that opens visit history, photos, water readings and published invoices without a login. Homeowners with several properties or contractors can create an account instead.
Does the field app work without signal?
If an assigned visit is already open, readings, notes, checklist changes and completion actions queue on the phone and sync when service returns. Photos and opening a fresh session still require connectivity.
Can homeowners finance a repair?
Not yet. Online payment and repair-financing controls are disabled until provider-created sessions, signed webhooks, reconciliation and authorization tests are complete.
